Rianlon Corporation and Wanhua Chemical have officially signed their Phase III strategic cooperation agreement, signaling a significant expansion of their long-standing partnership. Building on the robust foundations of the previous two phases, this renewed commitment aims to leverage deeper synergies and broaden the scope of collaboration across their global value chains.

Expanding partnership to drive synergistic growth
A high-level delegation from Rianlon, led by Mr. Li Cai, vice president; Ms. Bi Hongyan, general manager, Greater China; Mr. Luo Hai, director of Application Technology; and Ms. Yao Ying, director of Supply Chain, visited Wanhua Chemical’s headquarters for the signing ceremony.
They were received by Wanhua Chemical’s leadership, including Mr. Liu Mingzhong, general manager of the Procurement Department; Ms. Tang Peng, deputy general manager of the Procurement Department and vice president of Wanhua BC; Mr. Zheng Tianlong, Assistant general manager of the Petrochemical Sales Company; and Mr. Yuan Qichao, procurement manager for Fine Chemicals.
During the meeting, both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on the roadmap for future cooperation. While maintaining the stability of existing business, the two companies will further strengthen collaboration across departments and expand innovation-driven cooperation in multiple fields, aiming to unlock greater synergistic value.
The signing of the Phase III agreement represents an important milestone in the long-term partnership between Rianlon and Wanhua Chemical. Rianlon will continue to enhance its product technologies and service capabilities, working closely with Wanhua Chemical in key areas to build a collaborative ecosystem, share development opportunities, and create sustainable value together.
