Incorez’s Curing Agent Selected for 2024 Polyurethane Innovation Award Finalists

Last update on Sep 11, 2024

Incorez has been selected as the finalists for 2024 Polyurethane Innovation Award for its product - Aldirez® A. It is an innovative aldimine latent curing agent designed to address challenges encountered in moisture-cured PU and polyaspartic coatings.

Offers Faster Cure Times

Reacting with water before the isocyanate, Aldirez® A prevents the production of CO2. The intermediate produced in this reaction then goes on to speed up the isocyanate and polyol reaction. It offers significant advantages such as faster cure times whilst maintaining a workable pot-life, superior aesthetics and the ability to apply PU coatings in problematic atmospheric conditions. It includes high humidity and extremely low temperatures.

The Polyurethane Innovation Award recognizes and celebrates leadership in innovative solutions and technological advancements within the polyurethanes industry. This year's finalists submitted remarkable innovations that address challenges in several industries.

Incorez specializes in customer chemistry, with a more inclusive approach and an absolute focus on delivering innovative tailored solutions. Their product portfolio includes high performance additives equipped to exceed the most rigorous criteria.
