  • MATTE-XCEL™: According to Imerys, MATTE-XCEL™ is an aluminum silicate matting aid designed for thermoset powder coatings. The supplier reports that the product delivers matting efficacy without creating rough surface texture, and is suitable for both post add and compounding processes. Imerys describes the product as a PFAS-free option for formulators evaluating matting aids in this application category.
  • ImerSorb: ImerSorb is described by Imerys as an engineered porous mineral technology designed to manage moisture within the coating system. According to the supplier, the product absorbs excess humidity and releases it during condensation change, with reported benefits including prevention of condensation, surface defects, and staining, alongside improvements in coating durability and aesthetic performance over time.
  • SuperFine UF: According to Imerys, SuperFine UF is a wet ground calcium carbonate with an ultra-fine narrow particle size distribution, intended for gloss space coatings. The supplier reports that the product allows TiO2 extension while maintaining gloss and tint strength.
