Highlighted products

As coatings face more moisture and exposure, the industry is also navigating stricter regulations and a push for heavy‑metal‑free, low‑VOC solutions that still perform. HALOX® 580 stands out - ultra‑low VOC (<0.5%), bio‑based, and designed to protect metal and wood in modern water‑based, high‑solids, and DTM coatings.

Key focus areas to be highlighted in the event includes:

  • HALOX® corrosion inhibitors formulated to provide long-term protection for metal substrates across a variety of coating systems
  • Tannin stain blockers developed to help prevent discoloration and improve aesthetic performance in architectural and wood coatings
  • Performance-oriented additive technologies that support formulation flexibility and evolving regulatory and sustainability requirements

ICL Halox will be joined by its partner, DKSH, at the American Coatings Show & Conference 2026 in Indianapolis at Indiana Convention Center, to be held from May 5th to May 7th at booths #2846 & #2748. Attendees are invited to stop by the shared space to explore the latest corrosion-inhibiting solutions and see the inhibitors in action. The combined technical teams from both companies will be on-site to discuss application-specific challenges and how these innovations help formulators build stronger, more durable coating systems with the SpecialChem Coatings audience.
