A Breakthrough Beyond Traditional Polyols
This year, Cargill will promote its hydrogenated dimer-based polyester polyol solutions. This offers benefits beyond traditional polyols. Their flagship product, Priplast™ F4, represents the perfect combination of chemical resistance and flexibility, designed specifically for polyurethane resins and formulations.
As the only commercially available high-functional polyol, Cargill™ Priplast™ F4 effectively combines the chemical resistance and flexibility of dimer-based technology with moisture resistance for CASE (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, and Elastomers) applications. This innovation means more of what you need and less reliance on petroleum-based products.
Key Benefits for Coatings Applications
- Gloss recovery after just 24 hours at room temperature
- Faster curing than typical acrylic resins
- Extreme flexibility combined with outstanding chemical resistance
- 59% bio-based* (USDA Bio-Preferred certified) and ISCC PLUS certified
Upcoming Innovations and Other Advanced Solutions
In addition to the high-performance polyols, visitors can subscribe to Cargill's upcoming innovations launch list. This will help them receive first-hand details about Cargill's new bio-based alternative product line and rPET polyol.
- Automotive: To meet the local demand for OEM coating production, the company will showcase its 100% Bio-based* Pripol™ distilled dimer acids. These are designed to enhance automotive coatings.
