Barentz to distribute Huntsman’s catalysts across U.S. and Canada

Barentz, a specialty ingredients solutions provider, announces an extended distribution partnership with Huntsman, a manufacturer and marketer of differentiated and specialty chemicals. As a long-time distribution partner of Huntsman’s polyurethane product line, Barentz is thrilled to expand a distribution agreement to the Performance Products’ division of Huntsman and is now responsible for the JEFFCAT® line of catalysts across the U.S. and Canada, starting January 1, 2026.

Strategic product portfolio expansion to large customer base
The addition of JEFFCAT® catalysts to Barentz’s product portfolio brings customers strength, power, and speed within a wide range of urethane applications, such as polyether and polyester foams, coatings, elastomers, and high-modulus urethane plastics.
