Nipol® 1031

It provides outstanding fuel- and water resistance. It is cold processable. Nipol® 1031 is designed for additives as adhesives. It has a shelf life of 2 years.

Nipol® 1051

Nipol® 1051 by Zeon Chemical is acrylonitrile-butadiene elastomer with very high oil resistance. It is an easy-processing version of Nipol® 1041 with similar properties. It is cold processable. Nipol® 1051 is recommended for adhesives. It has a shelf life of 2 years.

Zetpol® 2010

Zetpol® 2010 by Zeon Chemical is hydrogenated nitrile elastomer (HNBR). It offers maximum fuel- and solvent resistance. It provides outstanding performance in flex-fuel and MTBE. It provides superior service in tough environment applications. It shows much higher resistance than NBR elastomers to heat, sour gasoline, and ozone as well as retention of properties at temperatures ranging from -40°C to 160°C. It displays lower brittleness temperature than NBR with the same volume swell in gasoline, is more cost-effective than FKM and exhibits minimal deterioration when exposed to special oil additives. It is designed for O-rings, gaskets, seals, and oil field components requiring the best balance of heat resistance and compression set. Zetpol® 2010 is also applicable in adhesives compounding.
