VINNOL® E 15/45 M

VINNOL® E 15/45 M by Wacker is carboxylate-containing terpolymer of approx. 84 %wt vinyl chloride (VC), 15 %wt vinyl acetate (VAc) and 1 %wt dicarboxylic acid. Provides very good toughness, permanent flexibility, abrasion resistance, low swelling in the presence of water, and low gas permeability. Offers very good adhesion to smooth substrates such as metals, particularly aluminium, to glass and PVC, and to absorbent, po-rous substrates such as paper, cardboard, textiles and concrete. Offers high resistance to water, oil, grease, dilute aqueous acids, alkalis and saline solutions, aliphatic hydrocarbons such as white spirit, and to alcohols. VINNOL® E 15/45 M is designed for adhesives and sealants.

VINNAPAS® DP 600

VINNAPAS® DP 600 by Wacker is an aqueous, plasticizer-free polymer dispersion produced from the monomers vinyl acetate and ethylene. Imparts good adhesion to various plastic surfaces and high cohesion. It provides frost resistance and very good compatibility with filler and pigment. It contains polyvinyl alcohol emulsifier system and is used for permanently flexible adhesive joints. It saves on fossil resources. Whenever this product is bought, up to 100% of the fossil-based raw materials required for manufacturing this product can be replaced by sustainably certified biomass or other renewable feedstock. The substitution is based on the REDcert² mass balance approach, audited by TÜV Nord. The exact amount of fossil raw material replaced depends on the selected product version and is specified in the REDcert² certificate, which can be found on the product page on the WACKER website. Market applications of VINNAPAS® DP 600 include adhesives for paper packaging & converting and PVC furniture foil. It has a shelf life of 6 months at temperature between 5-30°C.

This product is available only in Europe.
