ELASTOSIL® N9189 by Wacker is a non-slump one-component RTV-1 silicone rubber. It cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture to yield flexible silicone rubber with good heat resistance and slight electrical conductivity.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It may continously be exposed to constantly changing climatic conditions, sunlight and temperature as high as 200°C (392°F) without damage.</li> <li> It shows long-term stability against weathering, moisture and UV radiation. </li> <li> It exhibits strong shear-thinning with a soft-pasty consistency and medium hardness.</li> <li> It shows no inhibition effect on platinum-catalyzed silicones. </li> <li> It operates within a recommended service temperature range from -45°C to +200°C.</li> <li> It is alkoxy-curable, self-adhesive, uses tin-free catalysis and provides excellent adhesion to many substrates.</li> <li> {prooduct} is suitable for bonding and sealing, appliances, automotive electronics, E-mobility, electrical components and railway industry.</li> </ul> ELASTOSIL® A234 by Wacker is a flowable RTV-1 silicone rubber, which cures at room temperature under the influence of moisture. Its special features include amine-curing system, excellent heat stability and excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates. ELASTOSIL® A234 is used in industrial adhesives, gluing and sealing of steam chambers as well as sole plates of steam irons. ELASTOSIL® RT 707 W by Wacker is a flowable, thermally curable, addition curing, one-component silicone rubber by Wacker. Exhibits excellent heat stability and primerless adhesion to many substrates. Used in general purpose adhesive for the appliance industry. It is also used in electro & electronic and industrial adhesives. ELASTOSIL® RT 707 W is UL 94HB listed. ELASTOSIL® N 9111 WHITE by Wacker is a non-slump, tin-free, one-component silicone, which cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It is a shear-thinning, non-slump paste. Has neutral-curing system (alkoxy) and excellent primerless adhesion. ELASTOSIL® N 9111 WHITE is compatible to Pt curing silicone grades. Used in multipurpose glue for automotive, electrical/ electronics, industrial adhesives and special purpose sealants. ELASTOSIL® E43 by Wacker is a self-levelling, one-component, RTV-1 silicone rubber. It is intended for use with industrial adhesives and multipurpose glue. It has excellent mechanical characteristics and cures at room temperature when exposed to air moisture. The acetic acid-curing method of ELASTOSIL® E43 exhibits outstanding primer-less adherence to a variety of substrates. ELASTOSIL® RT 772 by Wacker is a two-component silicone rubber that may be poured and condensation-cured. It has good primerless adhesion. It has a low viscosity, excellent heat resistance, and quick room temperature cure. ELASTOSIL® RT 772 used in industrial adhesives, as well as the gluing and sealing of metal, glass, water tanks, steam chambers, and sole plates of steam irons. ELASTOSIL® N 9111 BLACK by Wacker is a tin-free, non-slump, one-component silicone, which cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It is a shear-thinning, non-slump past. Possesses neutral-curing system (alkoxy) and excellent primerless adhesion. It is compatible to Pt curing silicone grades. ELASTOSIL® N 9111 BLACK is used in multipurpose glue for the industrial, automotive, electrical/ electronics industry and special purpose sealants. ELASTOSIL® RT 705 by Wacker is a self-levelling, thixotropic, addition-cross-linking, thermal-curing silicone rubber. It is a ready-to-use, one-component grade. Designed for electro & elctronic adhesives, industrial adheisves and multipurpose glue for household appliances and the metal industry. Exhibits high extrusion rate, fast curing at high temperatures and good heat stability. ELASTOSIL® RT 705 is UL 94HB listed and shows excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates. ELASTOSIL® N 2170 by Wacker is a non-slump one-component silicone rubber. It cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It is solvent-less and non-corrosive to metals. Offers primer-less adhesion to most materials. ELASTOSIL® N 2170 is used in industrial adhesives. ELASTOSIL® RT 774 by Wacker is a room temperature vulcanizing, condensation-curing, non-slump, two-component silicone rubber with good primerless adhesion. Offers primerless adhesion on glass, aluminium, stainless steel, epoxy powder coatings. It is thixotropic and has medium hardness. ELASTOSIL® RT 774 is used in adhesives for the appliance industry and general purpose sealants.
