Pearlbond™ UB410B by Lubrizol is a cost-saving, polyester polyol-based thermoplastic polyurethane. Pearlbond™ UB410B is recommended for hot melt adhesives, powders, films and textiles. Pearlbond™ 960 TPU by Lubrizol is a soft TPU designed for thermobonding. It is a plasticizer-free, breathable solution providing low activation temperature and excellent bonding properties to various substrates. Suitable for use in hot melt adhesives (HMAs). It brings a unique combination of features in terms of softness and durability. It is UV stable and resistant to fungi and microorganisms thanks to its combined aliphatic and polyether backbone which contributes to improved mechanical properties. Pearlbond™ 960 TPU exhibits high hydrolysis resistance and recovery. Market applications include technical textiles, apparel (seam tapes, interlinings, and heat-transfer labels), footwear and non-food conveyor belts. Pearlbond™ 920 by Lubrizol is a soft, plasticizer-free, polycaprolactone copolyester-based, aliphatic thermoplastic polyurethane. It is designed for hot-melt adhesives that require a UV and color-stable material in outdoor applications. It offers superior weatherability, sustainability & durability, excellent hydrolysis and UV resistance. It can be applied in sportswear, edge banding in furniture, interlinings, reflective tapes, automotive interiors and awnings. Pearlbond™ 920 TPU’s good “wetting” properties ensure a very high bonding strength. It exhibits excellent mechanical properties, high flexibility across a very wide range of temperatures and can be heat-activated at low temperatures. It is suitable for processing by extrusion on slot die, flat die, blown film and gravure roller coating machines as well as powder coating. Ideal for bonding delicate substrates such as leather, PET, PA fabrics, cotton and many other textiles. Pearlbond™ 920 is compliant of BlueSign® and Oeko-Tex® certifications, depending on the end use. Pearlbond™ 893 by Lubrizol is a cost-saving, polycaprolactone copolyester-based thermoplastic polyurethane. Pearlbond™ 893 is recommended for reactive hot melt adhesives. It is suitable for footwear, furniture and primers/others. Pearlbond™ 223 by Lubrizol is a linear, polycaprolactone-based polyurethane designed for hot-melt adhesives. It combines an extremely high crystallization rate with a very high thermoplasticity level. It is suitable for use in extrusion and powder applications where gel-free quality is required. It is used in powder-, footwear- and textile industry. Pearlbond™ 223 has a shelf life of 6 months. Pearlbond™ 1170L EXP by Lubrizol is a cost-saving, polyester polyol-based thermoplastic polyurethane. Pearlbond™ 1170L EXP is recommended for hot melt adhesives, powders, films, footwear, automotive and textiles. Pearlbond™ 305 EXP by Lubrizol is thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade. Exhibits good hydrolytic-, heat and chemical resistance. Shows good elastic recovery, high impact resistance and absorption of vibrations. Pearlbond™ 305 EXP is recommended for hot-melt adhesives and thermobonding application. Pearlbond™ 123 by Lubrizol is a linear, polycaprolactone-based polyurethane. It exhibits very high crystallization rate with a very high thermoplasticity level. Pearlbond™ 123 is used for the production of hot-melt adhesives, typically used in automotive interior parts, textiles and footwear. Pearlbond™ 180 by Lubrizol is a linear, polyester-based polyurethane. It combines a very high crystallization rate with a very high thermoplasticity level. Pearlbond™ 180 is suitable for use in hot-melt adhesives. Recommended for powder-, footwear-, automotive and textile industry. Pearlbond™ 700 HMS EXP by Lubrizol is a linear, polyester based aromatic thermoplastic polyurethane. It combines an extremely fast crystallization rate together with very high melt strength and superb chemical resistance.
