Carbotac™ 26222 by Lubrizol is a pressure-sensitive acrylic emulsion. Provides very good adhesion to treated polyethylene and other low energy substrates. Offers excellent run ability at high and low speeds, specific adhesion and solvent/ plasticizer resistance. Possesses high tack and can be crosslinked with external agents. Carbotac™ 26222 is used in printing and packaging adhesives. Carbotac™ 2990N by Lubrizol is a high performance, cross-linkable, flexible acrylic polymer. It features excellent adhesion and tack to many polyolefin substrates and metals. Shows good tack, high peel strength and plasticizer resistance. Used in pressure-sensitive adhesives for printing and packaging applications. The viscosity of the Carbotac® 2990N adhesive emulsion can be increased by raising the pH or using external thickeners. Carbotac™ 1811 is a carboxylated, APEO- and formaldehyde-free acrylic polymer emulsion. Designed for pressure sensitive and flexible packaging adhesives including tapes, labels, self-adhesive and protective films. Offers excellent runnability at high and low speeds, specific adhesion and solvent/ plasticizer resistance. Provides consistent performance and ease of compoundability. Exhibits high peel & tack, film clarity and bonding bridge for masonry substrates. Carbotac™ 1811 complies with FDA regulation and has a shelf life of 1 year. Carbotac™ 26146 by Lubrizol is acrylic-based polymer designed for formulating into pressure-sensitive adhesives for printing and packaging. Carbotac™ 26146 offers consistent performance and ease of compoundability. Carbotac™ 1822 by Lubrizol is carboxyl-modified acrylic emulsion. It has good mechanical stability, excellent runnability at high and low speeds, specific adhesion, good heat as well as light stability, solvent or plasticizer resistance. It also offers consistent performance and ease of compoundability. Carbotac™ 1822 is a 55% solid, anionically stabilized polymer which can blend with Carbotac™ 1822 and Carbotac™ 1814. Used in carpet, removable tapes, tile, removable labels and laminating applications. Carbotac™ 1814 is carboxyl-modified acrylic emulsion by Lubrizol. Exhibits moderate tack as well as peel shear strength performance and a very high cohesive strength. Possesses good mechanical stability, excellent runnability at high as well as low speeds, specific adhesion and solvent or plasticizer resistance. It also offers consistent performance and ease of compoundability. Carbotac™ 1814 is suggested for use with substrates where oil as well as plasticizer resistance are needed. Designed for carpet adhesive, tile adhesives, plasticized vinyl substrates, pressure sensitive adhesive, film lamination, tapes & premasks for paper and textiles. It complies with FDA regulation. Carbotac™ 2897 is a carboxylated, high solids acrylic adhesive emulsion by Lubrizol. Exhibits good plasticizer resistance, high peel and tack. This high performance polymer with anionic charge is carboxylated and formaldehyde free. Its viscosity can be increased by raising the pH or using external thickeners. Designed for pressure sensitive adhesives used in printing and packaging. Carbotac™ 2897 offers moderate mechanical stability, flexibility and good tack. Carbotac™ 26171 acrylic emulsion is an acrylic-based polymer. Provides a good balance of tack, peel and shear for pressure sensitive adhesive, tape and premask for paper and textile applications. Exhibits excellent run ability at high and low speeds, specific adhesion and solvent/ plasticizer resistance. Offers very good adhesion to many base substrates, good heat and light stability, self-thickening with pH increase and self-crosslinking. Carbotac™ 26171 contains carboxyl groups for external crosslinking. Carbotac™ XPD-1814 by Lubrizol is carboxyl modified acrylic emulsion. Shows moderate tack and peel performance, high cohesive strength and good mechanical stability. Suggested for use with vinyl substrates where oil and plasticizer resistance are needed. Carbotac™ XPD-1814 is designed for pressure sensitive adhesives. Carbotac™ XPD-1988 by Lubrizol is a high solids, carboxyl modified pressure sensitive acrylic emulsion. Exhibits broad range, low and room temperature adhesion for permanent pressure sensitive bonding applications. Carbotac™ XPD-1988 shows outstanding tack and peel adhesion and very good mechanical stability.
