Adiprene® BL 16 by LANXESS is urethane elastomer with blocked isocyanate curing sites. It exhibits high tensile strength and excellent oil- & abrasion- resistance. The blocked curing sites allow protracted storage of the polymer in the presence of moisture and active vulcanizing agents. Adiprene® BL 16 is used in and solvent-resistant adhesives. Adiprene® BLM 500 by LANXESS is MDI based urethane prepolymer with blocked isocyanate. The blocked curing sites allow protracted storage of the polymer in the presence of moisture and active vulcanizing agents. It can be activated by heating and materials made from it have high tensile strength, high elongation and excellent tear strength. They are also low in viscous damping indicating low heat generation and more durability in dynamic applications. Diamine-cured Adiprene® BLM 500 vulcanizates having improved performance over common TDI based urethane materials. MDI is one of the most commonly used diisocyanates in industrial polyurethane applications. However, blocked MDI prepolymer and its application are very limited. The residual MDI in the unblocked preoplymer is below 0.5%. It is used in solvent resistant adhesives. Adiprene® LFP 950A by Lanxess is PPDI-terminated polyether prepolymer. It possesses very low free PPDI content, low viscosity and longer pour life. Adiprene® LFP 950A provides very good dynamics, good tensile/tear strength and elongation, very good resilience and hydrolytic resistance. It imparts very good properties to cast polyurethane elastomers. Adiprene® LFP 850A by LANXESS is PPDI-terminated polyether prepolymer. It possesses very low free PPDI content. This product provides very good dynamics, good tensile/tear strength, very good resilience and hydrolytic resistance. Adiprene® LFP 850A imparts very good properties to cast polyurethane elastomers. It is used in adhesives. Adiprene® LFP 2950A by LANXESS is PPDI-terminated polycaprolactone prepolymer. It possesses very low free PPDI content, low viscosity and easy melting, and long pour life. Adiprene® LFP 2950A imparts very good properties to cast polyurethane elastomers. It provides very good dynamics, good tensile/tear strength and very good resilience. It is used in adhesives.
