Capa® by Ingevity is a polycaprolactone (PCL)-based polyol and thermoplastic used as a reactive polyol intermediate and performance modifier in hot melt, reactive hot melt, and liquid polyurethane adhesive and sealant formulations. Produced via ring-opening polymerization of epsilon-caprolactone, it bridges the performance gap between conventional polyether and polyester polyol systems.
