TEGO® Antifoam 2290

TEGO® Antifoam 2290 by Evonik is a self-emulsifying, APEO-free organic antifoam concentrate. It is free of silicone and does not contain any silica. It is used in formulation and application of polymer dispersions/latices such as adhesives based on acrylates or PVAc. High shear forces on the diluted product should be avoided.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"> <li> It process aid for water-based polymerization of dispersions, thermoplastics and elastomers (e.g. de-monomerisation of SBR or NBR emulsions, handling of acrylates). </li> <li> Recommended dosage may vary from 0.005-0.2%.</li> <li> TEGO® Antifoam 2290 has a shelf life of 12 months.</li></ul>

Dynasylan® GLYMO

Dynasylan® GLYMO by Evonik acts as an adhesion promoter, crosslinking agent and/or surface modifier. It is a low viscosity bifunctional organosilane, 3-glycidyloxypropyltrimethoxysilane with a slight terpentine-like odor. It is an essential ingredient in sealants and adhesives, as a primer or additive. It can be used with epoxy, phenolic, PU, PVAC, acrylates and polysulfides. Provides improved mechanical properties like flexural strength, tensile strength, impact strength and modulus of elasticity. Offers improved moisture and corrosion resistance, improved electrical properties such as dielectric constant and volume resistivity. Improves processing properties such as filler dispersion, rheological behavior like viscosity reduction and newtonian behavior, increased filler loading and non-yellowing properties. It is registered with DSL/NDSL, PICCS, TSCA, IECSC, ENCS, ECL, EINECS/ELINCS, AICS and REACH. Dynasylan® GLYMO has a minimum shelf life of 12 months.

Dynasylan® VTMO by Evonik is a vinyltrimethoxysilane-based moisture scavenger, surface modifier, crosslinking agent, and adhesion promoter. It improves abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, tear and fracture resistance, and memory effect.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It reduces bubbles formation from the reaction of NCO groups with moisture.</li> <li>It provides low viscosity, enhanced wet adhesion strength, enhanced corrosion resistance, and resistance to wet scrub.</li> <li>Dynasylan® VTMO is listed with EINECS/ELINCS, AICS, DSL/NDSL, PICCS, TSCA, IECS, ENCS, ECL and REACH.</li> <li>It has a minimum shelf life of 12 months.</li></ul>
