DYNACOLL® AC 3820 by Evonik is a bead polymer based on methyl methacrylate and n-butyl methacrylate blend. It exhibits low viscosity, very long open time, aggressive tack and high creep resistance. It is recommended for the formulation of reactive hot-melt adhesives. It is suitable for FRP panels, foam or wood-based substrates, door manufacturing and furniture applications. It provides outstanding quality and flow properties. DYNACOLL® AC 3820 has a shelf life of 5 years. DYNACOLL® 7365 by Evonik is saturated copolyester. It is used in moisture curable hot melt adhesives and sealants. It is suitable for automotive, wood-working, bookbinding, packaging, textile and sandwich bonding industry. DYNACOLL® 7365 offers benefits such as shortens open time, increases initial strength and lowers melt viscosity. DYNACOLL® Terra 7640 by Evonik is a saturated polyester polyol made of minimum 75% renewable materials. It improves carbon footprint while maintaining excellent performance. Offers increased flexibility and adhesion to non-polar substrates and lowers melt viscosity. It is used in manufacturing of bio-based reactive hot-melt adhesives. DYNACOLL® Terra 7640 has a shelf life of 1 year. DYNACOLL® Terra 7640 by Evonik is a saturated polyester polyol made of minimum 75% renewable materials. It improves carbon footprint while maintaining excellent performance. Offers increased flexibility and adhesion to non-polar substrates and lowers melt viscosity. It is used in manufacturing of bio-based reactive hot-melt adhesives. DYNACOLL® Terra 7640 has a shelf life of 1 year. DYNACOLL® Terra 7750 by Evonik is a saturated polyester polyol made of 100% renewable materials. It improves carbon footprint while maintaining excellent performance. Exhibits very high crystallinity and shortens open and settling time. It is used in manufacturing of bio-based reactive hot-melt adhesives with moderate setting behavior. DYNACOLL® Terra 7750 has a shelf life of 1 year. DYNACOLL® Terra 7550 by Evonik is a saturated polyester polyol made of minimum 30% renewable materials. It improves carbon footprint while maintaining excellent performance. Exhibits very high crystallinity and shortens open and settling time. It is used in manufacturing of bio-based reactive hot-melt adhesives with moderate setting behavior. DYNACOLL® Terra 7550 has a shelf life of 1 year. DYNACOLL® Terra 7550 by Evonik is a saturated polyester polyol made of minimum 30% renewable materials. It improves carbon footprint while maintaining excellent performance. Exhibits very high crystallinity and shortens open and settling time. It is used in manufacturing of bio-based reactive hot-melt adhesives with moderate setting behavior. DYNACOLL® Terra 7550 has a shelf life of 1 year. DYNACOLL® Terra EP 481.01 by Evonik is a medium molecular weight, saturated polyester polyol. It has 100% renewable content. It gives the reactive hot-melt a high degree of flexibility. It inherent flame retardancy, which ensures that additional flame retardants are not required to be added to the formulation. It is a green alternative to the petrochemical polyols and formulations prepared using this bio-based polyol exhibit properties comparable to those of petrochemically based polyesters. DYNACOLL® Terra EP 481.01 is used in reactive hot-melt adhesives. DYNACOLL® 7111 by Evonik is a saturated polyester. It shortens open time and increases initial strength, melt viscosity, and adhesion to polar substrates. DYNACOLL® 7111 is used in hot melt adhesives for automotive sector, wood-processing industry, bookbinding, packaging industry, textile industry, production of sandwich structures. DYNACOLL® 7330 by Evonik is saturated copolyester. It is used in moisture curable hot melt adhesives and sealants.
