Adherant 1051 by Elementis acts as an adhesion promoter. It improves adhesion of organic resins to inorganic surfaces. It is designed for adhesive and sealants applications. Suitable for glass, aluminum, copper and steel substrates. It exhibits increased composite wet and dry tensile strength, flexural strength & modulus, as well as increased wet and dry compressive strength.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It provides better filler wet-out and dispersion, lower viscosity of filled liquid resins and improved processability.</li> <li>Adherant 1051 is recommended at a dosage level of 0.5 to 2.0% to promote unprimed adhesion.</li> <li>It has a shelf life of 3 years.</li></ul>
