Resyn® 1601

Resyn® 1601 by Celanese is a water-based polyvinyl acetate (PVAc) homopolymer (54-56%) stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol. Is compound stable and water redispersible or insoluble (external crosslinking agents will impart wet strength). Imparts rigidity and pleatability to a wide variety of substrates. It can react with thermosetting resins. Complies with FDA. Resyn® 1601 is used in the formulation of adhesives for paper and converting applications.

Resyn® 1190

Resyn® 1190 by Celanese is a surfactant-stabilized polyvinyl acetate (PVAc) homopolymer emulsion. Used as an economical extender for SBR or SA. Offers excellent glueability and boosts the stiffness of lighter weight substrates. Complies with FDA. Resyn® 1190 is also suitable for adhesive application.

Resyn® 1025

Resyn® 1025 by Celanese is a polyvinyl acetate (PVAc) homopolymer (55-57%). Exhibits low viscosity, high molecular weight, good mechanical stability and good water resistance. Is hydrophobic, borax compatible, freeze-thaw stable and offers fast setting speed—Complies with FDA. Resyn® 1025 is a raw material for the Adhesives and Engineered Fabrics industries.
