Resyn® 1601

Resyn® 1601 by Celanese is a water-based polyvinyl acetate (PVAc) homopolymer (54-56%) stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol. Is compound stable and water redispersible or insoluble (external crosslinking agents will impart wet strength). Imparts rigidity and pleatability to a wide variety of substrates. It can react with thermosetting resins. Complies with FDA. Resyn® 1601 is used in the formulation of adhesives for paper and converting applications.

Resyn® 1190

Resyn® 1190 by Celanese is a surfactant-stabilized polyvinyl acetate (PVAc) homopolymer emulsion. Used as an economical extender for SBR or SA.
