Zetpol® 4310

Supplied byZeon Chemical- Last Updated on May 20, 2022

Zetpol® 4310 by Zeon Chemical is hydrogenated nitrile elastomer (HNBR). It possesses excellent low-temperature performance (TR10 of -36°C) for arctic applications. It provides superior service in tough environment applications. It shows much higher resistance than NBR elastomers to heat, sour gasoline, and ozone as well as retention of properties at temperatures ranging from -40°C to 160°C. It displays lower brittleness temperature than NBR with the same volume swell in gasoline, is more cost-effective than FKM and exhibits minimal deterioration when exposed to special oil additives. Zetpol® 4310 is recommended for adhesives compounding.
