WANNATE® IT-100 by Wanhua Chemical is a cycloaliphatic polyisocyanate based on isophorone
diisocyanate. It is a solvent-free material and supplied as pellets. It is light-stable and non-yellowing grade.
- It has especially been developed as an isocyanate crosslinking agent for 2K PUR adhesives.
- It is also supplied as 70 pbw. solutions in various solvents.
- It is soluble in all types of conventional non-protic solvents.
- Solvents containing compounds able to react with isocyanates such as alcohols, amines and water must be avoided.
- The water content of any solvent used should be less than 0.05%.
- It is used in automotive and adhesive applications.
- WANNATE® IT-100 has a shelf life of 12 months.
