WANNATE® HB-75MX by Wanhua Chemical is an aliphatic biuret polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI). It is dissolved in 25% of 1-methoxy-2-propyl acetate (MPA) and xylene (1:1). It is recommended for use in automotive applications.
- It can be used as a hardener and is sensitive to moisture.
- It provides high resistance to chemicals and weathering, very good gloss retention and outstanding mechanical properties.
- It can be thinned with esters, ketones and aromatic hydrocarbons such as ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, methoxypropylacetate, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, methyl isobutyl ketone, cyclohexanone, toluene, xylene and solvent naphtha 100.
- It shows good compatibility with aliphatic polyisocyanates, polyester polyols, aromatic polyisocyanates and polyacrylates.
- WANNATE® HB-75MX has a shelf life of 9 months when stored at temperature between 0-30°C.
