Vinkocide CMIF 35 by Vink Chemicals is a broad spectrum preservative with head space preservation and excellent long-term efficacy. It is a formulation of mixture of 5-chloro-2-methyl-isothiazol-3-one and 2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one (CMIT/MIT) with (ethylenedioxy)dimethanol (reaction products of ethylene glycol with paraformaldehyde (EDDM). It is free of organic solvents and ideal for use in aqueous and water miscible systems. Suitable for use in adhesives and glues. Recommended dosage of Vinkocide CMIF 35 is 0.05-0.2%.
