Vanox® ZMTI by {Vanderbilt Chemicals} is an antioxidant synergist in elastomers and TPRs. It is a good copper metal chelator used in sulfur and low sulfur cures of natural rubber.
- Provides excellent protection against heat and oxygen aging, especially when combined with amine or phenolic-type antioxidants.
- It is also beneficial where improved flex fatigue resistance is required.
- {Vanox® ZMTI} is designed for use in water-borne adhesives which will be exposed to high temperatures and hot melts.
