ACTICIDE® MV by Thor is a formaldehyde-free industrial biocide. It is a mixture of 5–chloro–2–methyl–4–isothiazolin–3–one (1.11%) and 2–methyl–4–isothiazolin–3–one (0.37%). It is a mono-valent, metal free stabilization.
- It controls the growth of bacteria and fungi.
- It is used in water soluble and water dispersed adhesives such as animal glues, vegetable glues, natural rubber lattice, polyvinyl acetate, styrene-butadiene and acrylic lattice.
- ACTICIDE® MV has a recommended dosage is 0.5-1.65 lb.
