KradaSol™ by TBF Environmental Technology, is a safe, low toxicity alternative for hexane, toluene, xylene, aromatic 100, cyclohexane, methyl amyl ketone (MAK), perchloroethylene and butyl acetate. Acts as a benzene-free, non-carcinogenic, biodegradable, clean air primary or co-solvent (green solvent). It has a very low Maximum Incremental Reactivity (MIR) value and does not contain any hazardous air pollutants (HAPs) and environmentally hazardous ingredients as well as ozone depleting or creating chemicals. Exhibits higher flash point, lesser flammability, very low toxicity, comparable physicochemical characteristics, slower evaporation rate (useful in dissolution) and surface tension, dispersion properties and greater solvency & solubility. Offers improved flow characteristics, high loading capacity and 10-25% more efficiency in viscosity reduction requiring less solvent and decreasing costs. It works exceptionally well in the dissolution of bi- & tri-hydrogenated and non-hydrogenated block polymers. It is easy to distill, recycle, dries completely and leaves no surface residues. Suitable for adhesives used in industrial applications. KradaSol™ is 100% VOC-compliant in US (EPA) and Canada (Canadian Environmental Protection Act (CEPA) and the National Pollutant Release Inventory (NPRI)) and considered an Ultra-low VOC in South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) and California Air Resources Board (CARB). In the European Union (EU), all components of KradaSol™ are registered under REACH.
