Sipomer® WAM by Syensqo is an allyl ether of a substituted urea. It is used as a co-monomer in binder manufacture such as adhesives to enhance the wet adhesion of the coating to the substrate, providing high adhesive power. It exhibits enhanced mechanical properties and improved chemical- and water resistance to the polymer systems. It promotes the adhesion of polymer resins to metal, glass, concrete and other inorganic substrates in many applications including industrial, maintenance, automotive and architectural. It is listed with TSCA, DSL, and EINECS/ELINCS. Sipomer® WAM has a shelf life of 730 days.
