AP1090 by Shouguang Puer Chemical is a non-toxic, high efficiency, halogen-free flame retardant based on organic phosphorus and nitrogen. It allows low production cost, ease of use, sufficient source of raw materials and simple production process. It forms colorless adhesive layer after curing, and provides excellent adhesive bonding performance and good moisture resistance.
- It is suitable for urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive in plywood, artificial-, particle- and fiber-board.
- The recommended dosage level is 10-15% to reach B1 levels of wood flame resistance.
- It meets UL94 V-0 and IEC 61249-2-21 standards, and the directives of RoHS 2.0 & REACH 209.
