STA-TAPE™ 86 by Primient is a waxy acid modified cornstarch. It is made from renewable corn starch and adheres extremely well – protecting package contents during transit. It is clear, cohesive, stable, robust and secure surface for printing. It is is typically applied to packaging tape, which features a criss-cross pattern of fiber ‘strings’. STA-TAPE™ 86 is used in lamination, bag making and remoistenable adhesive formulations.
