2,4,6-Tribromophenyl acrylate
Supplied byPolysciences- Last Updated on Jul 25, 2023
2,4,6-Tribromophenyl acrylate by Polysciences is a brominated acrylate monomer. It is suitable for high refractive index (n ~ 1.60) polymers.
- It is used to obtain the desired glass transition temperature, flexibility, mechanical strength, polarity and hydrophilic/hydrophobic character of the resulting polymer.
- It exhibits improved resistance to hydrolysis as compared to acrylic/methacrylic esters.
- 2,4,6-Tribromophenyl acrylate is incompatible with polymerization initiators and complies with TSCA regulation.
