Alcogum® SL 70 by Nouryon is an acrylate-based emulsion copolymer. It acts as HASE rheology modifier. It is supplied at 30% active solids in water. It is a part of hydrophobically modified, alkali soluble emulsion polymers. It provides clear solutions and gels. It is compatible with anionic and non-ionic surfactants and with pH >10.0 formulations. It exhibits electrolyte tolerance and synergistic interaction with non-ionic surfactants. It can be added as the last ingredient prior to neutralization. Its dilution with water can facilitate incorporation in viscous and/or alkaline formulations. Alcogum® SL 70 is applicable for adhesive formulations. It is listed with TSCA inventory.
