BioBlack 13 by Nature Coatings is a bio-based carbon black pigment. It is stable with acids and bases and compatible with multiple media, it can serve as a direct replacement for other carbon black pigments. It resists fading under UV light and contains no detectable polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs).
- It is used in bio-resins, polyurethanes, oil dispersions, industrial and other pigment applications.
- It is designed for adhesive and sealant applications.
- It is recommended usage level is 0.1-10% for resins and 15-50% for both aqueous and solvent dispersions.
- BioBlack 13 is made from 100% bio-renewable content as verified by 14C analysis (ASTM D6866-16).
