UV17Med

UV17Med by Master Bond is a low viscosity, UV curable system for high performance bonding, sealing and coating. It offers low tensile modulus, outstanding toughness, flexibility, thermal & electrical insulation and good chemical resistance to water, cleaning agents, chemical sterilants, EtO-, gamma radiation. It features superb adhesion to thermoplastic urethanes (TPUs).

• It does not display oxygen inhibition and its physical properties allow it to withstand aggressive thermal cycling.
• It bonds well to a variety of other substrates, including metals, ceramics, glass, and other plastics.
• It exhibits thin & high flowability, high elongation, low shrinkage upon curing and good dimensional stability.
• It is used in medical and non-medical applications.
• It has a shelf life of 6 months at 75°F in original unopened containers.
• UV17Med is RoHS complaint and passes ISO 10993-5 for cytotoxicity.
