MasterSil 323AO-LO by Master Bond is a thermally conductive, electrically insulating, two-component silicone for high performance bonding, sealing and gap filling. It contains no solvents or diluents and has very low shrinkage upon curing. It exhibits high viscosity, high bond strength, flowability and has a forgiving 1:1 mix ratio by weight.
  • It does not require exposure to air for complete cross-linking.
  • It imparts almost no residual stress on substrates with different coefficients of expansion when it is thermally cycled.
  • It bonds well to a wide variety of substrates such as glass, metals, ceramics, plastics and many rubbers, including silicones.
  • It resists the most aggressive types of thermal cycling and shock.
  • It is used in many optical, electronic and specialty OEM applications.
  • It has a shelf life of 3 to 6 months at 75°F, in original unopened containers.
  • MasterSil 323AO-LO is RoHS complaint and meets NASA low outgassing specifications.
