LED405Med by Master Bond is a nanosilica filled, one-component, LED curable system. It does not contain any solvents and diluents. It cures fast without oxygen inhibition. It resists sterilization such as gamma, ethylene oxide and radiation.
- It also resists many chemicals such as acids, bases, fuels and oils.
- It bonds well to a wide variety of substrates including metals, plastics and glass.
- It provides optical clarity and electrical insulation.
- It offers good mechanical properties including dimensional stability and low shrinkage.
- It has a particular affinity for acrylics, glass and polycarbonates.
- It has a shelf life of 3-6 months.
- LED405Med is RoHS compliant and meets ISO 10993-5 regulation for Cytotoxicity.
