EP30DPBFMed by Master Bond is a toughened two component epoxy (EP) system for bonding, sealing, coating and encapsulation. It is 100% reactive and does not contain any solvents or diluents. Its rigidity is modified by adding urethane based flexibilizer which confers a lower shore D hardness to the cross-linked entity.
  • It is cryogenically serviceable and can withstand rigorous thermal cycling, shock and mechanically induced vibrations.
  • It exhibits electrical insulation, abrasion resistance, high elongation, long working life and low exotherm.
  • It bonds well with a wide variety of substrates including metals, glass, ceramics, many rubber and plastic materials.
  • It cures readily at ambient temperatures or more rapidly at elevated temperatures.
  • It is used primarily in conjunction with disposable or reusable medical devices and does very well with gamma, EtO and many liquid sterilization compounds.
  • It has a shelf life of 6 months when stored at 4-10°C in refrigerator.
  • EP30DPBFMed is RoHS complaint and meets USP Class VI requirements.
