URETHAX™ A2454 by Macroocean is a benzene-free, saturated polyester resin. It shows excellent adhesion to PVC and aluminum foil, more than 9N/15mm. This product exhibits fast drying, non-sticky, low sealing temperature and good storage stability. It is a type of solvent based heat seal lacquer, specially developed for heat sealing of hard aluminum foil and PVC hard foil. It can be used for pharmaceutical lidding foil packaging. It is used in adhesive for PTP foil and adhesive for lamination or food and pharma packaging. The shelf life of URETHAX™ A2454 is 12 months.
