Rockseal® RS440-Roxul 1000

Rockseal® RS440-Roxul 1000 by Lapinus Fibres is a highly cleaned, mineral fibre. Used for industrial and automotive applications in non-asbestos organic (NAO) gasket materials like high quality compressed sheets. Offers good temperature and steam resistance, easy dispersion in rubber/solvent mixes, reactive surface which cross links with rubbers, improved mechanical strength, high creep resistance, no ignition loss, no oxidation, low porosity, improved durability, high fibre loads possibility, improved thermal stability, torque retention, sealability and load bearing capacity. Possesses surface modification with sufur. Rockseal® RS440-Roxul 1000 gives optimum processing conditions and compatibility/reactivity with sulpher cured rubbers, high tensile strength and good immersion resistance and low hot compression set values.
