Rockseal® RS400-Roxul 1000

Highly cleaned, very short, mineral fibre. Used for industrial and automotive applications in non-asbestos organic (NAO) gasket materials like compressed sheets, very thin rubber layers for multi layer steel (MLS) gaskets and rubber coated metal gaskets. Offers good temperature and steam resistance, easy dispersion in rubber/solvent mixes, reactive surface which cross links with rubbers, improved mechanical strength, high creep resistance, no ignition loss, no oxidation, low porosity, improved durability, high fibre loads possibility, improved thermal stability, torque retention, sealability and load bearing capacity. Provides improved temperature properties, better dimension stability, smooth surface and very low shot content.
