KURARAY LBR-305 by Kuraray is butadiene homopolymer (LBR) rubber. It acts as a reactive plasticizer in the vulcanization process to prevent bleeding and migration.
  • It is a colorless, transparent, almost entirely odorless and low VOC.
  • It is co-vulcanizable with solid rubber such as NR, IR, IIR, SBR and BR.
  • It reduces migration which improves the product’s shelf life.
  • It offers strong tack and adhesive properties in a wide range of temperatures.
  • It enhances processability and exhibits low glass transition temperature.
  • During the rubber compounding phase, it significantly reduces processing time and energy consumption while maintaining the rubber compounds physical properties.
  • KURARAY LBR-305 is commonly used in automotive sealants, pressure sensitive adhesives (PSA) and hot melts adhesives.
