EMCAflex® 200

EMCAflex® 200 by Indorama Ventures Public Company is a mineral oil that acts as an extensor. Provides greater stability in oxidation processes and prevents yellowing of the final product. It is the refined oil produced with raw materials obtained from fractions of petroleum distillates. The raw materials undergo a special treatment process that makes the mineral oil suitable for more severe applications, without losing efficiency. It is also paraffinic or naphthenic in nature and covers a wide range of viscosity, according to different processes needed for the manufacture of adhesives. Has low olefin as well as nitrogen content. Also has water content of less than 80ppm. Used in adhesives for diapers and sanitary towels.
