Omnicat 445 by IGM Resins acts as a cationic photoinitiator. It is low odor, benzene-free blend of 4,4'-dimethyl-diphenyl iodonium hexafluorophosphate (50%) and 3-ethyl-3-hydroxymethyloxetane (50%). Omnicat 445 is designed for UV radiation curing system. It is suitable for curing of epoxy, oxetane and vinyl ether formulations. It provides through and surface cure. It is used in white and pigmented systems.
