Esacure KB 60 by IGM Resins is solution of benzildimethylketal in methylene chloride. It is used as a highly reactive photoinitiator for photopolymerization of UV-curable systems based on acrylated oligomers and monomers and polyester-styrene resins. It provides very good cure rate, dark storage stability (shelf life) even at high dosage rate, minimal variation in color and low degree of odor. Esacure KB 60 is designed for use in adhesives and putties. The suggested use level is 0.5-5% by weight.
