Esacure KB 45 by IGM Resins is solution of benzildimethylketal in acetone. It is used as a highly reactive photoinitiator for photopolymerization of UV-curable systems based on acrylated oligomers, monomers and polyester-styrene resins. It offers very good cure rate, dark storage stability (shelf life) even at high dosage rate, minimal variation in color and low degree of odor. Esacure KB 45 is suitable for use in adhesives and putties. The recommended use level of this grade is 0.5-5% by weight.
