Rosin Modified Phenolic Resin 221 by Foshan Baolin Chemical Industry is a natural phenolic resin with high softening point and fast drying. It is made with vacuum treatment, compounded with polycondensate of rosin, phenol & formaldehyde, esterified with glycerol or pentaerythritol. It provides hardness and improves bonding capacity, gloss and fullness. It is soluble in coal char, ester and terebene solvents but insoluble in alcohol. Rosin Modified Phenolic Resin 221 is cost-effective and used in hot-melt adhesive, pressure-sensitive adhesive and other types of adhesives.
