VISIOMER® Terra IPGMA

VISIOMER® Terra IPGMA by Evonik is a bio-based isopropylidene glycerol methacrylate monomer with superior adhesion properties. It is nearly odorless, outstanding performance, strong adhesion and improved flexibility. It offers a safer, low-hazard alternative to traditional methacrylates like MMA, THFMA, and PhEMA. Its low vapor pressure and lack of CMR labels make it a more environmentally friendly choice. VISIOMER® Terra IPGMA high ratio of lap shear to E-modulus provides enhanced bond strength without compromising impact resistance. It has the highest ratio of lap shear to E-modulus of any monomer tested which is more than 25 percent higher than the current industry standard that makes it suitable for demanding applications where impact resistance is essential.
