ANCAMINE® K61B by Evonik is tris-(resistance) phenol tri(2-ethyl hexoate)-an amine salt catalyst based on Ancamine® K54 curing agent.
- Provides longer pot life, lower exotherm and lower shrinkage.
- Offers high strength, good thermal shock and good humidity resistance.
- It also shows modulus and electrical resistance.
- ANCAMINE® K61B is suitable for structural adhesive applications.
- Recommended use level is 10-12 phr with Bisphenol A diglycidyl ether (EEW=190).
