HyPrene 100 by Ergon is a hydrotreated naphthenic process oil. Provides low pour point, low odor, excellent color and good solvency. Suitable for use in adhesives and sealants. It is insoluble in water. Shows resistance to discoloration by heat or ultraviolet light. HyPrene 100 complies with FDA 21 CFR 178.3620 (C) regulation. It contains 3% polycyclic aromatic compounds (PAC) by method IP346 and passes Modified Ames Assay by ASTM E 1687 at 1%.
