DueRheo 219 by Elementis is a special polyamide wax dispersion, which prevents pigments or filler settling and sagging. It acts as a rheology modifier for sealants. It imparts strong thixotropic properties and has minimum effect on film gloss and less seeding tendency. It contains micaceous iron oxide, zinc dust and anti-corrosive pigments. iT enhances flake orientation of metallic and pearlescent pigments. Typical dosage level OF DueRheo 219 is 1-5 % and it has a shelf life of 12 months.
