Bentone® MA by Elementis is a purified hectorite clay-based rheological modifier for adhesive applications. Imparts thixotropy and good anti-settling properties to water-borne systems. Provides thermo stable aqueous phase viscosity control. Enhances texturing and stippling effects. Prevents hard settlement of pigments/fillers. Reduces syneresis and minimizes the floating/flooding of pigments stabilizes emulsions. Recommended dosage level of Bentone® MA is 0.3-3%. It has a shelf life of 4 years.
