Bynel™ 22E780 by Dow is modified ethylene acrylate resin. It contains a temperature stable ester which makes it functional in high temperature coextrusions. Its physical properties are typical of polyethylene/acrylate copolymer resins with similar density and melt index values. It is most often used to adhere to PE, PP, PET and paper. It can be used in conventional extrusion and coextrusion equipment designed to process polyethylene (PE) resins. Bynel™ 22E780 is suitable for food contact applications.
